Psychic + Presentation

I’m fresh off my second psychic phone call and a public speaking event. 

The psychic told me to see a doctor and to start writing. Either a book, a blog or in a journal. My first ever psychic call told my hearts path is through writing. So here we are.

The public speaking event was The Professional Women’s Conference presented to the DECA students from my high school alma mater. My subject: The Power of Connection. 

I cried. It was intense. Have my eyes welled up and my voice caught before when speaking? Yes. I have however never dropped tears and had to completely stop talking.

It was amazing. The attendees might have been a bit freaked out but talking to them in a place where I felt so lost and so little helped me heal some ongoing issues. I shared openly with them my struggles with learning and how I wished I had known to ask for help. I gave them all my email and hope some will reach out. 

Our society is experiencing a crisis when it comes to adolescence. And maybe even for adults. I touched on how we are able to be connected in so many ways now but it’s not true connection. Hopefully I broke through to some of them.
